Perception: Haiti is a poor country.
Reality: People in Haiti have little or no money, little or no food, little or no money, little or no toys … This “Reality” is redefining my perception of “poor.” the Haitians I met today – over 150 orphans and their few caregivers, are poor in every sense of the word as I understood it two days ago.
But they are rich – far richer than I – in their faith of God and love for others. God’s love shown from their faces their hands and their hearts as THEY reached out to US today.
Pray with us: That God would continue to reveal Himself to each of us and that we would seek His face, follow His leading, and be still and know that He is God!
