Pastors Bear the Pain of Haiti Earthquake

Haiti has begun picking up the pieces since January 12th and many of the pastors of Haiti have been able to lead the process. In doing so, they have been able to lead the country to the feet of Jesus. Ian Robertson captures a bit of what it looks like for the pastors. Processing a Life Changing Trip When I Stayed Home

Christina Robertson’s husband Ian was a part of the YMATH team in February.  And when he returned she struggled with feeling left behind; and then realized she could allow herself to be transformed from his experience as well. Ian left for Hati and returned seven days later. Twenty-four hours after he returned we were on the road driving up to Big Bear for a family vacation. Two days later, we were driving home and I found myself processing some very honest words out loud.     “I think I’m a little jealous of Haiti.” ...

Since that time Marassa has become one of the top ministry locations for us. The YMATH team did a video of their first initial contact with Marassa. If you’re going on a trip...

Evansbord was taken to a witch doctor at two months old. Before me was the result of this choice by his parents. He was lying on the tent floor, knees to his chest, feet crossed flat against himself; he has spent 15 years in this...
